With one guitar in his hands and two more resting at his feet, surrounded by springs, resonators, knives, bows, and assorted toys used to set the strings vibrating and awaken their resonances, Greg Malcolm employs an ever-changing array of materials and a rich palette of timbres to create a hypnotic musical form built on the repetition of elusive melodies enveloped in acoustic drones.
