Two Envelopes
Harpsichordist Lisa Kokwenda Schweiger and percussionist Jacob Vanneste together form Two Envelopes. Finding pieces that they could play together was not easy. Solution? Giving seven composers carte blanche to write new work. The result is an intimate yet adventurous set that wonderfully merges percussion and harpsichord.
A number of those compositions have since been bundled on the album 'Two Envelopes on a long voyage'. With titles such as 'Lynched Franky' and 'Merlin Goes Wild' it promises not to be a dusty affair.
